Anxiety
Anxiety can feel like living in a constant state of anticipation—waiting for something to go wrong, even when things are fine. The mind races, the body tightens. Moments of ease feel out of reach. Often, anxiety is trying to protect us from something that once felt too overwhelming to face.
In therapy, we get curious about the deeper meanings beneath anxious thoughts and sensations. Together, we pay attention to what your anxiety is trying to communicate and what it might be shielding you from. I draw on somatic awareness, mindfulness, and relational exploration to help you notice the body’s signals and to find steadier ground inside yourself. Over time, this process can bring more clarity, calm, and a renewed capacity to be present in your life.
