I work with people to improve the quality of their lives and relationships.

There are times when we feel disconnected, stuck in patterns we don’t fully understand, weighed down by anxiety, sadness, anger, or isolation in our relationships. Therapy can be a powerful way to feel supported, make sense of what’s happening, and discover new ways of being with yourself and others. I find it to be a great honor to walk with people seeking greater freedom, flexibility, and satisfaction in their lives and relationships.

I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, complex trauma, grief, substance use, burnout, shame, relationship issues, and life transitions. I work with and welcome individuals across a wide range of genders, sexualities, relationship types, and racial and ethnic identities.

Individual Therapy

Imagine a relationship where you can talk about—and question—anything. As we study what gets in the way, we’ll explore experiences, memories, patterns shaping your life. I aim to listen with care and engage in lively conversation that helps you become more fully yourself.

Couples Therapy

I help couples move out of cycles of conflict or disconnection and into deeper understanding, emotional safety, and intimacy. Together we work to repair wounds, improve communication, and develop the tools needed to navigate challenges and create more resilient, fulfilling relationships.

Group Therapy

Many people find that group therapy is uniquely helpful for working through issues like fear, shame, intimacy, and trust. Groups can also be a rich space for improving emotional expression, self-awareness, and relational capacity.

Reach Out

If you’re wondering whether therapy might help, or if you’d like to explore working together, I invite you to reach out by phone or email to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.

I have reduced fee sliding scale spots in my practice to help make therapy more accessible. In September/October, I expect to be in-network with BlueCross Blue Shield, and Aetna insurance carriers.
